Priced individually based on scope and timeline
We prepare and provide subsequent stages of design documentation and on-site architectural supervision exclusively for projects based on our own studies.

We design layouts purposefully according to your lifestyle and operational requirements, while conceiving the entire implementation with the possibility of phasing into multiple logical stages.

We specialize in apartment buildings, mixed-use urban buildings, and large-scale development complexes.
In the design process, we seek a balance between quality architecture, maximum utilization of the site's potential, and economic return on investment. We assess projects from the perspective of operational logic, cost efficiency, and future management of the building. We place emphasis on a rational composition of units and the possibility of phasing the entire project.
