Project Stage | Current Status
The portfolio contains projects at various stages of their development. Here is an overview of works categorized by the degree of development: from conceptual competition proposals and comprehensive studies, through execution documentation and on-site architectural supervision, to finally built structures.
Overview of project stages:
An urban or architectural concept developed within an open public or invited architectural competition. At this stage, the project remains in the phase of a conceptual vision, or awaits a subsequent negotiated procedure without publication (JŘBU) for the award of the contract. A spatial study is an analytical and design document for spatial planning, which examines in detail a specific area or issue that exceeds the scope of a spatial plan. It maps spatial, functional, environmental, and technical relationships within the locality and proposes solutions that can serve as a basis for amendments to the spatial plan. It is an independent, publicly reviewed document.
A comprehensive architectural and urban design developed for a private or public client, which defines the overall concept, volume, and internal layout of the building. It is a comprehensive study, which at this point is not followed by a subsequent design phase, or is awaiting the client's instruction to commence the next design stage.
An architectural study which we are currently developing further through subsequent stages of project documentation. At this stage, we are actively working on documentation building permit, engineering coordination or execution documentation and bills of quantities.
A project with fully completed design documentation, where actual construction on site is already underway (contractor-led or self-build). We provide architectural supervision and we oversee the precise adherence to the architectural concept and the quality of detailing.
A completed and built architectural work. The project has successfully passed through the entire lifecycle. From the initial architectural study, through all design phases and architectural supervision on site, to the final completion approval and handover of the building for use.
